The article about Porter in the paper sounded good but I didn't see anything about cleaning house. Porter give up that idea?

Looks like he's already talking about the importance of tourism.
Either he means it or all he wants to do is help finance the Flem Chin show on new years. What's he doing to correct all the tourist-unfriendly things the city does?
