| Has this election taught our local critics anything? Will they learn their views can be expressed without an adversarial position being adopted? Can they accept that there are other positions that might be advantageous for them to hear? Can they finally understand that attacking people who offer an opposing view doesn’t enhance their position but only isolates them? I would like to hear from them. |

No, they WON'T learn a damned thing. Their reply will be something along the lines of, "now, all of those clueless people will get to see the real Jack Porter. Unfortunately, the joke will have a very unhappy ending for this City." Or some such variation. | |

| You're right Avenger. The vocal critics will never see themselves as out of touch. They will continue to speak in absolutes, reach illogical conclusions and assert lies as fact. Sad indeed that they are incapable of seeing reality without rejecting it. |
