"The Gulch Gestapo"

Anyone here care to try to define "The Gulch Gestapo"? The more specific you can be, the better, because I frankly do not know who you're talking about.

I assume Jeff and Sandy Upson are included, though I don't see a great deal of cooperation between them. Donna Pulling too, probably. But I don't see that those three folks can have all the evil power that they're accused of.

This is NOT meant to be a provocative post. I've been hearing about this shadowy group for a year now, and I'm still confused --- because I just don't see that Jeff and Donna have much of anything but enemies and folks who're trying to avoid them. God knows, I am!

The cooperation you would expect from a "group" doesn't truly apply and the make up of the Gulch Gestapol fluctuates. Over the years people have been lured to it then sacrificed or abandoned by it, as the need of the few has dictated. The central player has definitely been Jeff Harris. Your wife can certainly give you specifics of who has been lured into that group or has been associated with it, but I suspect your common sense has started picking out the players.
